Guildford Borough Council’s Conservation Officer agreed with our approach of a clean, crisp glass box extension to a listed house near Guildford, which will realise our clients dream of open plan living which connects seamlessly with the garden.
We worked with the Conservation Officer to gain an approval for the extension to the listed property overcoming the unique challenges of a site in both a Conservation Area and the Green Belt.
