2021 ends on a high at Nye Saunders with good news for some of our clients.
Nye Saunders has recently successfully obtained planning permission for the construction of a new dwelling in the Shere Conservation Area, following the redesign of a previously approved scheme on the same site. Following a lengthy delay in the planning system at Guildford Borough Council, we are delighted with this fabulous result for our client in the run up to Christmas.
We have also, in conjunction with NTR Planning, secured planning consent for six commercial units near Ewhurst, allowing a local business to diversify.
With an eye to the environment, we have this year decided to make donations to three charities nominated by our employees in lieu of sending out Christmas cards.
