We were approached by our clients to transform their curtilage-listed barn sited within the Green Belt into something more modern. Our contemporary design included the replacement of the aging roof with sleek, durable steel sheets and the installation of horizontal timber cladding following the removal of the decayed existing weatherboarding.
Sustainability was important to our clients and this informed the design with the selection of an air source heat pump for low-cost heating and eco-friendly living.
Working together with D&M Planning, consent was secured for a change of use and these images show the stunning completed project. The crisp, modern design was constructed to a high standard by M&J Development, with our clients using their personal style to create a lovely family home.
