Nye Saunders are delighted to have successfully helped our clients the Parochial Church Council at this Grade II* Listed Church in West Clandon to achieve planning consent for a new annexe extension to this greatly valued community asset. This followed a lengthy process of careful design and consultation with the relevant Amenity Societies, Historic England, Diocese of Guildford and Guildford Borough Council.
With improved accessibility for wheelchair users, a new community meeting room space and supporting facilities, this beautiful building will continue to be a place that will be treasured and enjoyed by the local community for many years to come.
