We pride ourselves on seeing projects through to handover and have the full range of building contract & project management skills to ensure handover of a successful building.  Our services include preparing contract documents and acting as the Contract Administrator throughout the construction phase, with regular site inspections to assess the Works.  We are always happy to advise throughout the construction phase on the building progress, as well as carry out post construction stage inspections.

Nye Saunders can provide architectural services for both the client and contractor under a Design and Build contract arrangement.  We have worked on numerous projects where our designs achieve a planning consent and the site is then passed on to others for development; or conversely we have often taken on existing designs and planning consents and developed detailed construction drawings for construction use.

 

We also often act as employer’s agent to oversee the implementation of our designs by Design & Build contractors.
